This is outstanding. Great observable learning examples of both good and bad council situations. Graphic documents clear and direct. Without a doubt, this video will bring greater fruitfulness to any church council while illiminating frustrations for new council members or beginning lead pastor. Thank you.

This is a much needed resource. I am sharing it with our Divsional Pastors, our church council, and our church business administrator. Thank you for doing this!!

Thank you for producing this great resource. I've often struggled with how to train and equip our new council members, and to explain what the role of the council in a Foursquare church is and isn't. I think this is very important, since we often have people that come from various denominational backgrounds where the role of elders and/or a board is quite different than the role of the council in a Foursquare church. This helps immensely, and I also appreciate the use of humor :o)

Well done and very entertaining at times in the presentation of getting the message across. A great resource to be given to church council members. Thank You for the work.

This is a great resource for pastors and Council members. I believe it could have made a difference for our church had this resource been made available to the Council we walked into with our new appointment.

We have our first council meeting tomorrow. As a new pastor in a church plant, I did not know where to start with the council. After reading the by-laws and talking to mentors I had a pretty good idea of what a council should be, and what it shouldn't be. But this video really solidified the purpose of the council in my mind in a way that I now feel confident I can be clear in explaining it to my new council. Thank you!
